Does eating frozen food could kill someone instantly? Of course not! Does eating frozen food is bad for your health? This statement may be true but can be wrong as well. Why? 2. You could develop heart disease – you have to remember, most of the prepackaged food contains high fat known as LDL that could clog your arteries. Your LDL cholesterol level will also increase by time. Besides that, the excess sodium which is used to preserve the food will bolster your cholesterol level as well as blood pressure.

3. High risk of getting cancer – pancreatic cancer is the most common disease-related to frozen food. Excessive consumption of this food, especially hot dogs and salamis, could augment the chance for you to get contracting cancer to almost 70%.
