Since
humbly forming to support Girl Scouts in/around southwestern
Kentucky, Plowin’ Todd Cowan & The Sodbusters has ascended to
the top of the local alternative bluegrass scene since 2007.
Their debut album, to be released soon,
mixes Pat Ballard’s “Hannah”, Pat Harvey’s “Broke
As Blues” and a collective “Todd’s Highway Song” with simple
vocal harmonies and instrumentation to induce undeniably
gorgeous compositions.
With standout cover tunes like "Brokedown
Palace" also included, Plowin’ Todd Cowan & The Sodbusters will
be an essential addition to any music lover's discography.
Even so, this eclectic brotherhood’s mantra is “We never said we
were musicians…just a band!” |

currently the Worship Leader at Owensboro
Christian Church.
His songs may be heard in worshiping churches around the country
and have been recorded by other artists. In August 2009 Josh
released "So the World May Hear," available on
